1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and enrolling in courses offered by NexNehon Japanese Language Center Pvt. Ltd. ("NexNehon," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Nepal under Registration No. 393234/82/83 (PAN No. 623625491), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on NexNehon's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. Course Enrollment, Fees & Billing

  • Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in specific course terms
  • Invoices and receipts, where applicable, will be issued under our PAN No. 623625491
  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses if minimum enrollment is not met
  • Students are responsible for maintaining their login credentials and account security

5. Student Conduct

Students agree to:

  • Respect instructors, classmates, and all staff members
  • Maintain academic integrity and not engage in plagiarism or cheating
  • Follow all classroom policies and guidelines
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Use course materials only for personal educational purposes

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by NexNehon Japanese Language Center Pvt. Ltd. (Reg. No. 393234/82/83), its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Nepal and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
